For us the best breakfast in Erfurt. Delicious coffee, cappuccino and homemade iced tea. Freshly prepared desserts and homemade cakes are also available. We are looking forward to the reopening! Bye for now :)

The ambience at Desserado is very inviting and modern and we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast with a large variety / selection. Casual and friendly staff served us. We'll definitely be back and try the rest of the menu! Hopefully very soon ...

Waiting times too long, not great in terms of taste. Visually, the waffles look good but the waffle itself doesn't taste good and only the things around it save something. Too bad.

Right at the beginning for people who don't want to read long reviews: the food is delicious, the shop is clean, the staff is nice, service is a bit slow, value for money is difficult. ;) It was our first time there to eat. My stars are made up of different categories. I will test the shop several more times and then adjust the rating accordingly. October 29, 2020 Ambience: modern, chic, minimalist. You could also call it Instagram-compatible. The atmosphere is pleasant, all the staff are friendly and the shop is clean. 1 🌟 Service: First of all, everyone is incredibly nice and hard-working. Nevertheless, the speed leaves something to be desired. Even when I get coffee to go there (which, by the way, is very, very tasty), I had to wait more than 5 minutes at the counter every time I could order, even though the shop was almost empty at that time. The order process takes a bit of getting used to. Everything is brought to you, but you have to go straight to the counter to order. But it's not tragic and works pretty well so far. I imagine a bit difficult with a full house. 0.5 🌟 Menu: good selection of drinks and food. Well written, explained in detail. Gluten-free waffle dishes would be nice. 1 🌟 Food: It is really incredibly tasty and the portions were sufficient. The fruits were fresh, the sauce delicious and the gluten-free waffle tasted really great. Unfortunately, my cappuccino wasn't really hot anymore and the waffles were already cold when they arrived. I would put speed over looking pretty, but maybe both will work in a few months. Therefore 0.5 deshalb for the moment Value for money: I paid 13 euros for my waffle. Since there are no gluten-free waffle menus, each topping had to be booked individually. Not necessarily the thing in and of itself, but when it is so priced that the other dishes (which have the same ingredients), I find it difficult. I wanted the toppings from an existing dish that would have cost 8.95. With gluten surcharge, it would have been around 10.50 euros. I've already left out one ingredient so that it doesn't get too heavy (otherwise I would have ended up at 15 euros). But what really annoys me is that I paid 6 euros for 3 (!!) strawberries, 4 (!!) raspberries and a quarter of a banana alone. For comparison, the waffle with the chocolate topping cost 7.50 euros. Unfortunately, this is not possible in terms of price-performance. Therefore unfortunately 0 🌟 I'm curious to see how the shop will develop and will definitely go there again. But next time I'll skip the toppings and stick with waffles with ice cream. I am curious how the store will be when everything is running properly. He still has real potential to become really good.

Very tasty and unique in Erfurt! Good service, despite the full shop, we didn't have to wait long for our waffles. As you know, the prices are a bit high.

It's a really nice atmosphere, the people are super nice and it tastes delicious. You might want to pre-order, though, as space is limited and it's very popular. 😉

After 25 minutes we still had no waffle. It's a shame. This long waiting time could have been pointed out. If it wasn't for € 7.50 for the waffle, we would have gone. Unsightly experience!

Today was the 2nd time there. You definitely need time, as it takes a while for the food you ordered to arrive. Which I don't think is bad. Everything is made fresh and it tastes delicious. It is worth to wait. The service is very friendly.

A cozy, nice atmosphere, very nice and friendly service and super tasty-looking desserts. The price / performance ratio is just not right, the taste can still be improved, the cake is very dry, ... Overpriced prices for the quality offered, unfortunately. 🤷🏻 But you mustn't forget that the store is still very young and new and I'm sure that the quality will improve over time. All good things take time. So you should definitely give it a second chance. 😉

There are delicious offers here that one can expect a lot just by looking. At least we liked it. I had to ask for the extra portion of ice cream I ordered and food was served at the wrong tables, but that can happen. Nobody is perfect and the nice young team will get better, I am convinced of that.

We look forward to a bit of variety in Erfurt! The pancakes are very, very tasty and everything is well presented. We have already been here three times - but the last time there were a few topics that, in my opinion, do not work in terms of service. It is still very chaotic and it felt like there were 10 people behind the counter. The staff came to our table several times, made a mistake and wanted to serve us food / drinks that we had not ordered. Then the pancakes were served (there are “only” 3-4 different pancake dishes) and we couldn't be told which dish was which. As a staff you should know the dishes ?! I personally find serving drinks more professional with a small tray, as well as the cutlery ... instead of (right now) touching everything individually and transporting it from the counter to the table.

My girlfriend & I came to you last week with great anticipation - because we were very excited about all the great dishes that have finally reached Erfurt. The look of the shop is incredibly chic and we felt very welcome thanks to the nice staff :) Food and drinks didn't disappoint us either! Bubble waffles, great designed bowls and a great coffee made our afternoon perfect. In the afternoon the rush and the demand for waffles is very high - so we had to wait a little longer. But that was absolutely worth it! Conclusion: The self-made dishes, the chic ambience & the entire Desserado team can only be praised - because you brought something great to Erfurt! We'd love to come back :)

Looks good for Insta, but there is still a lot to improve ... The Desserado in Erfurt has been open for a few weeks. There are Instagram-suitable bubble waffles, fruit bowls and (non-vegetarian) sandwiches. If you arrive before 12 there is also breakfast. In the small dining room there are pretty chairs and tables and the atmosphere is 'modern-hip'. The dishes are prepared with great care, which unfortunately takes time. Such a bubble waffle then looks really great, but it is not good to eat, you involuntarily cover yourself with chocolate (or a different sauce flavor). The neighbor at the table had pancakes, which were unfortunately cold due to the decorative fruits and frozen yoghurt, which is why she did not want to continue eating. If you compare price and result, the ice cream parlors in Erfurt all do better, but their products get fewer likes on Instagram. I'll be back in a couple of weeks when the processes are in place. At the moment it is more like 3 out of 5 stars.

Delicious what the people conjure up there! :) I have already had breakfast here twice with my girlfriend and once there was a waffle on the hand afterwards. Our favorite is clearly the Triple Omega from the breakfast menu. The pace of the crew is in need of improvement, but the frequency in the store is forgivable - it has only been open for a week. Prices are moderate, not cheap, but everything is freshly prepared and, according to the menu, almost everything is homemade. I cannot share other user opinions regarding the quality of the rolls - we had the finest bakery rolls on our plate! My conclusion: delicious food, amazing atmosphere and a bit long waiting times, but very nice staff, who make waiting with the best music very pleasant! We'd love to come back and keep trying our colorful menu !! It's great that there is now such a shop in Erfurt!
